Job Description BCBA - Direct Care Provider (Full-Time and Part-Time) Remote, Georgia About AnswersNow At AnswersNow, we are reimagining what ABA therapy can be—accessible, effective, and centered around outcomes. As a Georgia-based BCBA, you'll deliver direct virtual care to families through our proprietary platform built by clinicians, for clinicians. We’re growing fast and need BCBAs committed to quality care and equitable access. Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll play a key role in reshaping autism therapy—while working remotely. What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients
- Lead caregiver coaching and support
- Conduct remote assessments and behavior plans
- Ensure quality care through ongoing documentation
- Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team
What we're looking for:
- Active BCBA living in Georgia or within 50 miles of the state
- Strong digital fluency (video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.)
- Afternoon/evening availability preferred (3–8pm ET)
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
What we offer:
- Annual Salary $90K (avg. 33 billable hours weekly)
- Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed salary of $90,000 for our full-time clinicians and is based hours of availability. To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate above our posted salary.
