  • Aid clients in using library equipment, including computers and printers, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting library space, ensuring shelves are neat and resources are readily accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize and execute library events, workshops, and seminars to support clients' professional development.
  • Uphold library policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all patrons.
  • Document and track client interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
