We’re looking for a reliable and responsive freelance website support specialist to assist with occasional website updates, troubleshooting, and general maintenance. This is a low-hour, ad-hoc role—perfect for a skilled freelancer with other clients or projects who wants to take on consistent, well-paid support work. More Details Examples of What You’ll Do: - Troubleshoot technical issues or bugs - Support with plug-in updates, site speed, and overall performance - Occasionally help with integrations (email platforms, booking tools, etc.) - Provide brief status updates when work is completed What We’re Looking For: - Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor - Ability to respond to requests within 1 business day - Excellent communication and documentation - Detail-oriented and trustworthy with access to backend systems - Ability to respond within the East Coast Time Zone -Bonus if you have design or light coding experience (HTML/CSS) Compensation: $50–$75/hr depending on experience Up to $100/hr for urgent or same-day turnaround requests Estimated Time Commitment: ~3-5 hours/month (could vary slightly month-to-month) Flexible scheduling; just need clear communication and reasonable turnaround time Interested?
