  • Team Collaboration: The role requires collaboration with the customer success team to meet client goals and mentoring junior team members.
  • Tools Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in a wide range of SEO and analytics tools, including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEM Rush, and many others.

Job Offer Details Mockingbird works with aggressively growing law firms, utilizing digital strategies and tactical execution of online marketing to drive new business. Reporting to our Director of SEO, our SEO Managers are both strategists and hands-on tacticians, ensuring all SEO clients receive the same quality of service. In this role, you will:

  • Rely on your knowledge and experience to manage SEO programs for a portfolio of demanding clients
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to identify and achieve client goals
  • Identify which tasks you should complete and which tasks you should delegate to other team members
  • Mentor junior team members

Responsibilities

Audit websites and GBP profiles to:

  • Articulate actionable steps to maximize local rank potential
  • Identify technical issues and assist web dev. team in knowing how to fix them
  • Identify and prioritize keywords likely to generate the most organic traffic
  • Develop individual website content plans to achieve SEO goals

Manage SEO project roadmaps:

  • To achieve the best possible results within the client’s monthly SEO budget
  • Utilizing Analytics and SEO-specific tools to track performance progress and update the SEO plan accordingly
  • Recognizing SEO’s place within the full spectrum of marketing channels and work collaboratively with other teams at the agency to achieve each client’s business goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Local SEO, ideally in the legal marketing field
  • Love doing things the right way whether or not someone’s looking over your shoulder
  • Love getting things done
