Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales
  • Reviewing individuals' needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
  • Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
  • Attending ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations
  • Becoming an ambassador for the brand and promoting arenaflex's services to clients and partners
  • Working alongside other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to clients' budget constraints
  • Creating promotional materials to utilize and stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry
  • Monitoring restrictions on travel that come and go
  • Booking travel needs, including airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.
  • Effectively communicating with clients pre/post travel and promptly responding to all travel inquiries
  • Effectively managing your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
  • Handling issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date information within our software
  • Networking with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clients
  • Participating in FAM trips when possible

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have excellent communication skills and a strong sales background (a plus)
  • Have a smartphone with internet access and a laptop (recommended but not required)
  • Have personal travel experience (a huge plus, but not required)
  • Have previous experience in customer service or hospitality (a plus, but not required)
