Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting business clients through enhancement, reporting, and investigation
- Maintaining service levels through meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity targets
- Supporting the execution and advancement of arenaflex's Automatic business age and stage arrangements
- Providing technical support to a Worldwide Merchant group
- Contributing to the investigation and streamlining of processes, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with business intelligence or data warehousing tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Amazon Redshift)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with arenaflex's business age or Promotion serving arrangements (e.g., Google Promotion Director, AdMob, DV360)
- Familiarity with web-based marketing arrangements (e.g., Promotion serving, business age) and key stages and patterns (e.g., desktop, mobile, video)
- Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA, workflow automation)
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
