The Role

As a Financial Analyst – Data Entry and Analysis for arenaflex's Global Vendor and Organization Services, you'll be responsible for analyzing and reporting on dealer markdown income, identifying trends and insights, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our estimating team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and optimize our estimating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and report on dealer markdown income, including tracking month-to-month performance against forecast and identifying drivers of change

• Develop and maintain vendor rebate income scorecards for the Canada district
• Drive normalization and process improvement among local pricing groups for all reporting and determining related activities
• Support external reviews, including investigating issues, communicating with regional pricing groups, and implementing corrective actions
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover insights

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in financial services or payments industry, or other finance-related roles

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• High proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence others and drive results

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with ability to drive results and meet deadlines
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with ability to challenge conventional approaches and develop new solutions
