Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues via phone, email, and instant message.
  • Handling customer inquiries: You'll process a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate Product Support department.
  • Troubleshooting customer problems: You'll identify the root cause of problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalating issues: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, you'll escalate to the appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn the appropriate solution and expand your overall knowledge.
  • Tracking and documenting support requests: You'll track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues.
  • Updating customer information: You'll update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
  • Meeting job standards: You'll meet standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
  • Providing guidance and mentoring: You may provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
  • Performing other related duties: You'll perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age requirement: You'll be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service skills: You'll have excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Typing skills: You'll be able to type 25 WPM.
  • PC operation and navigation: You'll be proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Effective people skills: You'll demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment: You'll be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment: You'll be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening skills: You'll have strong listening skills.
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment: You'll be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
