Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in delivering first-class customer experiences.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider areas, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics specialists, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale statistical and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups
• Experience with data visualization tools and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
