Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound and occasional outbound calls. You'll be responsible for answering citizen inquiries, processing payments, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and process credit card/ACH payments in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Work with confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion and security
  • Resolve issues on the first call, minimizing the need for escalation and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Perform data entry from customers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers, both verbally and in writing

  • Participate in additional training courses to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Typing speed of 35wpm or more, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Basic desktop computer skills, including proficiency in Windows
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and schedules

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Basic desktop computer skills, including proficiency in Windows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Experience working in a government or public sector environment, with a deep understanding of the industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP)
  • Experience working with SaaS or integrated payments systems, with a strong understanding of the technology and its applications
