Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' financial products and services. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, providing solutions to internal and external customer problems, and delivering first-name resolution. Key Responsibilities

* Support financial products and services, including identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing solutions to internal and external customer problems

• Perform complex customer service tasks, including receiving guidance from customer support managers and resolving non-recurring questions
• Interact with customer support teams on complex customer problems, providing education on regulations and procedures, and offering guidance to less skilled individuals, as well as internal and external clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, or education

• Ability to listen and elicit information
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to navigate multiple PC systems, applications, and search tools to find information
• Ability to troubleshoot common PC problems
• Knowledge and experience of international and domestic wire transfers processing
• Knowledge and experience of financial services or call center environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer problems
• Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
• Ability to follow regulations, procedures, and laws
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to handle a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
• Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish/English (optional)

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
