Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Part-time Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-4 month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data, while also providing exceptional support to our internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering client employee payroll information and personal employee information into internal/external systems in a timely and accurate manner
• Updating client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
• Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes
• Providing exceptional support to internal teams and clients, while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
• Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
