Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and success in Uber's delivery business. Manage and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in sales strategies and initiatives. Provide strategic vision and direction to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Create and implement innovative solutions to improve sales operations and drive business results. Effectively navigate and lead through ambiguity to achieve desired outcomes. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales operations. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and initiatives. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support sales efforts.
