Key Responsibilities

  • Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly.
  • Provide clear and accurate instructions to callers during critical situations.
  • Dispatch emergency services such as police, fire, and medical teams to appropriate locations.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and incidents in our system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast response times and accuracy. What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Calm Under Pressure: Ability to stay focused and composed in high-stress situations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computer systems and handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Work Eligibility: Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work.
  • Previous experience in customer service, emergency services, or dispatching is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
