You will be responsible for analyzing the performance of renewable energy systems, such as solar, wind, and battery storage, to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Key duties include collecting and interpreting vast amounts of data from energy generation and consumption sources, developing predictive models for energy output, and evaluating the economic viability of new projects. You will prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for enhancing system performance and reducing operational costs. Collaboration with engineering teams, project managers, and clients will be essential to ensure the successful integration and operation of renewable energy technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulation software. A bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or environmental), energy systems, or a related quantitative field is required; a master's degree is a plus. Proficiency in tools like Python, R, MATLAB, or similar data analysis platforms is essential. Experience with energy market dynamics, grid integration, and renewable energy technologies is highly desirable. You must be an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
