About the Role

We are looking for a Support Associate to help provide a high-quality support experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in customer service, Linux, hosting, and troubleshooting technical issues.

You will assist customers with questions, help resolve common issues, and work with internal tools used across our platform.

Tasks

  • Respond to customer questions and support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide friendly, helpful, and accurate support to customers
  • Troubleshoot basic service-related issues and escalate more advanced cases when needed
  • Assist customers with Minecraft server errors and common hosting-related problems via tickets
  • Help identify and debug basic issues with Discord bots
  • Use internal tools such as Pterodactyl, WHMCS, and Crisp to manage support requests
  • Maintain clear communication and a customer-first mindset in every interaction
  • Work assigned shifts within our support hours, including possible weekends, holidays, or special events

  • Familiarity with the Pterodactyl control panel
  • Familiarity with WHMCS and ticketing systems
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot Minecraft server errors
  • Ability to debug basic Discord bot errors

Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Quiet and professional work environment at home
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive while remote
  • Strong written communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of Linux and Docker
  • Familiarity with Pterodactyl, WHMCS, and ticketing systems is a plus!
  • Ability to troubleshoot Minecraft server errors
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Flexible availability, including possible weekends or holidays
