What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the technical bridge between customers, sales, and product management:

  • Partner with key customers and distributors to understand tooling needs and translate them into product opportunities

  • Lead and support high‑value customer projects (>$50K) from concept to completion

  • Collaborate with Global Product Managers on product additions, rationalization, and future development—especially indexable and high‑performance round tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

  • Comfortable analyzing application data, calculations, and sales metrics

  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

  • Ability to obtain security clearance for select customer facilities

  • Ongoing technical training and professional development
