[Remote] Sales Development Representative (US)

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their expanding sales team and play a key role in driving business success.

Responsibilities

  • Research and target potential customers, generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit, and schedule qualified sales meetings
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track interactions, and leverage tools to optimise outreach efforts
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve your approach
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
  • A highly self-motivated and resilient mindset with a passion for sales and business growth
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the sales field
