Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and connecting clients with the support they need. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls with a positive and efficient attitude
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
