Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for: • Accurately entering and updating data into arenaflex's systems and databases. • Ensuring data integrity by reviewing and verifying information before input. • Performing data cleansing and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy. • Assisting with the preparation and formatting of reports and documents as needed. • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Coordinating with team members to resolve data-related issues or discrepancies. • Managing and maintaining records and files in an organized manner. • Adhering to deadlines and ensuring work is completed on time. • Performing other administrative duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office administration are preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM). • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Experience with data entry software and CRM systems is a plus. • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. Experience While previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management is preferred, it's not required. If you have experience working remotely, handling large amounts of data, and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be at an advantage. Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems is also beneficial. Working Hours This is a remote, full-time or part-time position with regular day shift hours and optional night shift hours available. You'll have the flexibility to adjust your work hours based on your personal preference and time zone.
