Job Description

As a customer service live chat assistant, your task involves logging into arenaflex's chat application and responding to frequently asked questions from customers. These inquiries typically revolve around pricing, refund policies, and providing discount codes. Comprehensive training, which takes less than a day, will be provided to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers during overnight hours

  • Respond to frequently asked questions and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers via live chat, ensuring their issues are addressed and resolved
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* Must have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong adherence to provided instructions and guidelines
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
