We have an opening for a Marketing & Brand Manager The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for advancing Mountain Pacific’s mission through strategic marketing, brand stewardship, and compelling storytelling across a multi-state service area. This role leads the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate visibility, strengthen brand identity, and engage key audiences including partners, donors, and the communities served. Working collaboratively across teams, the Marketing & Brand Manager ensures consistent messaging, supports organizational growth goals, and drives awareness of programs and impact. As a manager this position oversees day-to-day functions and operations ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives and execution of the departmental goals and service delivery.  The Marketing & Brand Manager is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of three (3) years’ leadership experience and three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in marketing, branding, and communications. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or related field. The target compensation for this position is $102,000 - $136,000 a year.   At Mountain Pacific we offer a robust benefits package!
