What You'll Do

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team of specialists, including geologists, biologists, archaeologists, and engineers.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for federal agencies (DoD and civilian), local governments, and Tribal Nations. Facilitate tribal liaison services and public involvement initiatives.
  • Strategic Growth: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities in the Pacific and Alaska markets, contributing to proposal development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous technical standards to ensure all deliverables meet company and client expectations for excellence and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of environmental compliance, site characterization, and remediation strategies specific to the Pacific and Alaska regions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage remote or geographically dispersed teams and lead multidisciplinary technical groups.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and tribal engagement.
Preferred Skils
  • Professional certification (PMP, PE, or PG).
  • Experience with Military Munitions Response Programs (MMRP) or renewable energy planning.
  • Familiarity with Digital Solutions and GIS applications in environmental planning.
