Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch support to TurboTax customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns about our products and tax return software
  • Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions
  • Building strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs, and driving innovation to provide exceptional service
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy
  • Participating in certification programs to become a TurboTax Product Expert, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional support

Essential Qualifications
