Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Chat Agent to join our remote team, supporting high-volume, real-time customer interactions via web chat. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and account assistance through chat, troubleshooting product and connectivity issues, and guiding users through resolution steps. Key Responsibilities

* Handle multiple concurrent chats using chat platform software across a high-volume environment, ensuring efficient multitasking and chat response accuracy

  • Provide technical support and account assistance through chat in a professional, customer-focused manner, resolving issues swiftly and effectively
  • Troubleshoot product and connectivity issues, guiding users through resolution steps and documenting interactions clearly and accurately in CRM tools
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support and experience

Minimum Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in high-volume chat or multi-screen customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Proficiency in navigating multiple platforms while maintaining chat flow, with the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
  • 1+ year of chat tech support experience, with a strong understanding of technical issues and resolution strategies
  • Must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with chat support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, LivePerson, Intercom), with experience in navigating multiple platforms and tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike
  • Experience with CRM tools and documentation, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis
