Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, creating a friendly ambiance in the store, and driving sales through proactive engagement. You'll be the go-to expert for customers, providing support in fitting areas, cash register sections, inventory management, and customer service locations. Your in-depth knowledge of our products and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in achieving store objectives, while also ensuring a neat, orderly, and professional in-store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and create a friendly ambiance in the store

  • Inform customers about the advantages of participating in loyalty programs and utilizing omnichannel options
  • Enhance sales by recommending complementary items and engaging customers in a proactive manner
  • Provide support in fitting areas, cash register sections, inventory management, and customer service locations as required
  • Keep your work area and the entire store well-organized and clean
  • Deal with customer interactions and product returns in a manner that reflects professionalism and respect
  • Meet personal sales objectives that are in harmony with the store's overall success metrics
  • Perform daily operational tasks with efficiency and precision

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for successful communication with both customers and coworkers

  • Placing the customer at the center of operations with a fervor for delivering top-notch experiences
  • Skill in performing effectively in a high-paced retail atmosphere and being flexible with priorities
  • Approaching challenges with a problem-solving attitude while being receptive to learning and incorporating feedback is key
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends and evenings
  • Skilled in the effective application of retail technology for operational support and customer interactions
  • Ability to move within the store and lift up to 30 lbs when necessary
