Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Resolution Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to understand their inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex problems and ensure seamless resolution
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Identifying trends in customer inquiries and providing feedback for continuous improvement of processes and products
  • Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
