What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) on our Event Sales Team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Represent arenaflex's client brands at local events and retail activations, showcasing their products and services to a diverse audience
  • Set up and manage branded booths or promotional displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging experience for attendees
  • Engage with the public in a friendly, approachable way, starting conversations and building relationships with potential customers
  • Explain product features and offer live demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of our client brands
  • Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, or service questions, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly goals, driving sales and revenue growth for arenaflex's client brands
  • Participate in training and personal development sessions, enhancing your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and marketing
