Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team in Van Buren, AR. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving disputes, and advocating for solutions that help consumers improve their creditworthiness. This is a remote position, but you must reside within 45 miles of Van Buren, AR to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings; and advocate for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.

  • Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
  • Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area.
  • Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to successfully pass background screening, which will include a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screen.
  • A reasonable accommodation is available for individuals testing positive when they have been prescribed marijuana for medical reasons, but no accommodation is available for the recreational use of marijuana.

* Experience in the credit industry or a related field.

  • Knowledge of credit bureau processes and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive base salary: $15.00 per hour.

  • Eligible for a $1,500 Performance Bonus, paid out in two installments after 90 and 180 days of employment.
