Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer service for our valued passengers. You will provide remote support and assistance to our flight attendants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. You will also collaborate with in-flight teams to ensure smooth operations and passenger satisfaction, act as a liaison between flight attendants and ground staff, and monitor flight status to respond to any urgent situations or issues in real-time.
Key Responsibilities
