Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our UK team, providing exceptional support to our clients and driving business growth through outstanding customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, driving revenue growth and business expansion
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Contribute to the development of our customer service strategies and processes, providing insights and recommendations to improve our services

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products and services

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CCNA, CSM)
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
