The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple IT applications with attention to detail, while providing outstanding service with a smile.
