Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our customers through phone and Facebook chat. You'll be the go-to person for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

* Answer 800-number calls from USA customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide live chat support via Facebook messenger to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences across all sales channels (Shopify and Amazon)
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve our support processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies

Essential Qualifications

* Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous customer support experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to work 8 hours a day during US daytime hours (non-negotiable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Facebook messenger and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the apparel or fashion industry

  • Knowledge of Shopify and Amazon sales channels
  • Previous experience with live chat support or customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus!)
