Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (English and Spanish) Energy Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex energy-related issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services to our Spanish-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their energy-related inquiries and concerns.

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, energy, or a related field.
