Your Role

As a Sustainability Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers in achieving their sustainability goals. Your primary focus will be on customer onboarding, technical support, and account management. You will work closely with our sales, sustainability, and software engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers to our platform, provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition

  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance on our sustainability tools and services
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their sustainability needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Data Analysis: Interpret customer data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Process Development: Collaborate with our software engineering team to develop and improve our sustainability tools and processes
  • Communication: Communicate with customers in German, while working primarily in English

What We're Looking For

* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sustainability or customer success space

  • Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, such as GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, or Ecovadis
  • Proficiency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven individual with a passion for sustainability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (fluent English skills)
