Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our customers, answering their questions, and providing them with the solutions they need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Taking incoming customer calls, asking questions to determine what they need, and providing them with personalized solutions
  • Calling existing customers to check on their service and let them know how much they matter to us
  • Being super awesome and friendly – we want our customers to feel like they're talking to a friend, not a robot
  • Being real with customers – we value honesty and transparency, and we expect our team members to do the same
  • Maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and pride in your abilities – we're a family that expects the best from ourselves and from each other
  • Pest control experience is a big plus, but not a necessity – we'll train you to be a pest control expert

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

* Pest control experience or certification

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of pest control products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
