Talent Acquisition Specialist

HumanGood is a purpose-driven organization committed to helping people find meaningful work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in shaping workforce strategy, guiding hiring teams, and supporting high-volume hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess team needs, develop workforce plans, and guide them through effective and equitable hiring practices
  • Source, screen, and connect with prospective candidates; build proactive pipelines and talent communities that align with current and future business needs
  • Develop partnerships with colleges, training programs, and community organizations to attract the next generation of caregivers and service professionals
  • Serve as a trusted guide throughout the hiring process, helping candidates understand the personal and professional rewards of joining our mission-driven organization
  • Partner with HR and operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and strong start for every new hire

Skills

  • Associate's degree and at least 1 year of experience, or a High School diploma and 2+ years of relevant HR or recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, hospitality, or not-for-profit environments
  • A consultative, service-oriented mindset — you care about helping people succeed and building trusted relationships
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
