Key Responsibilities
As an Area Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing multi-branch support, gaining experience and exposure to customer interactions that will enhance your knowledge and skills
- Traveling between local branches, adapting to different locations, and being dependable with reliable transportation
- Creating a positive impact in each branch you visit, serving as a culture carrier and resource for colleagues
- Retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending products and services, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Educating customers on bank products, services, and technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned, including notary services and cash handling
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing)
- Cash handling experience
- Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles
- Notary licensing
