Key Responsibilities

As an Area Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing multi-branch support, gaining experience and exposure to customer interactions that will enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Traveling between local branches, adapting to different locations, and being dependable with reliable transportation
  • Creating a positive impact in each branch you visit, serving as a culture carrier and resource for colleagues
  • Retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, recommending products and services, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Educating customers on bank products, services, and technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including notary services and cash handling

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing)

  • Cash handling experience
  • Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles
  • Notary licensing
  • Career-minded individuals with a passion for learning and growth
