Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls. You'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer support, responding to emails, phone calls, and text messages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Dispatcher, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching, scheduling, and closing out service calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing top-tier customer support through phone, email, and text messages
  • Managing part warranties, updating service boards, and supporting the CSR lead
  • Assisting in resolving concerns, running reports, and coordinating with technicians
  • Supporting projects as assigned and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years of customer service or dispatching experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior CRM/CMMS and HVAC knowledge preferred
  • Honesty, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the HVAC industry

  • Familiarity with CRM/CMMS software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
