Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our workers and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Task Management: Complete a variety of HITs (Human Intelligence Tasks) in a timely and accurate manner, adapting to new tasks and requesters as they emerge.
  • Quality Assurance: Review instructions provided with each HIT and ensure understanding before beginning work, adhering to quality standards set by requesters and maintaining a high task approval rate.
  • Worker Support: Provide exceptional support to our workers, addressing their queries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously learn and adapt to new tasks, requesters, and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Success Associate, you'll need:

  • Technical Requirements: A computer with reliable internet access, proficiency in English (reading and writing), and basic computer skills, including proficiency in web browsing and data entry.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to follow complex instructions, self-motivation, and the capacity to work independently.
