Job Summary

As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing local and remote resources, defining customer experience strategies, and developing knowledge bases to expedite issue resolution. You'll work closely with our global organization to identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement, and set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management. Key Responsibilities

* Manage local and/or remote resources to ensure seamless IT support for Amazon employees worldwide

• Collaborate with the global organization to define customer experience strategies and own the strategies to create that experience
• Develop and leverage knowledge bases to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
• Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests and enhance customer satisfaction
• Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
• Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Essential Qualifications

* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations

• 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager
• Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
• Proven track record of managing remote teams and ensuring seamless IT support
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze complex technical and business problems and develop innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud-based infrastructure environment

• Knowledge of AWS services and tools
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools
• Certification in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with collaboration tools and platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Exchange)

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
