Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients via inbound calls, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely solutions
  • Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and ensure seamless patient support
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and patient care

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour

  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Comprehensive training program to set you up for success

  • Flexible scheduling: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift, 5 days a week)

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience

  • 6+ months of high-volume call center experience
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
  • COVID-19 vaccination requirement (subject to applicable laws and accommodations)

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6 months of experience handling complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
