Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our internal team to identify areas for improvement. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure they receive the best possible experience with our software.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to healthcare professionals using arenaflex's scheduling software

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions or escalate when necessary
  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and updates
  • Document support issues and resolutions accurately in our CRM/ticketing system
  • Collaborate with the internal team to relay customer feedback and identify improvements

Requirements

* Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English - native or bilingual)
  • Calm, patient, and resourceful — especially when customers are facing technical challenges
  • Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or SaaS environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or hospital operations is a plus
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently during evening and weekend shifts

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or SaaS environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems and software tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or hospital operations

  • Familiarity with scheduling software and technical issues related to healthcare operations
