Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns
  • Troubleshooting technical issues customers encounter while using Amazon's products and services
  • Providing accurate and timely solutions to customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to relevant departments for prompt resolution
  • Building rapport with customers and ensuring their feedback is communicated to Amazon's management team
  • Adhering to Amazon's customer service policies and processes at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
