Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues
- Communicating with customers via mail, chat, and phone

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (any graduate/PG eligible to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Clear communication with both internal and external customers
