Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting passengers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights, as well as providing information on flight schedules, fares, and amenities
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our passengers
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide expert knowledge and support to our customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in computer usage and navigating various software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
