Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to support the analysis, design, and delivery of HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires close collaboration with HR stakeholders to define requirements and support the implementation of enterprise, scalable solutions for a large healthcare client.Key Responsibilities:
  • Document current and future-state HR processes and align them to ServiceNow capabilities
  • Offer expertise on best practices to support the implementation of scalable solutions across HRSD modules, including Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Pro, Case and Knowledge Management, and Employee Relations
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather functional requirements and define solution objectives
  • Create mock-ups and example outputs to guide design discussions and align expectations
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
  • Work closely with implementers and platform teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Proficient in creating mock-ups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate solutions effectively
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Relations, and Employee Center
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills to work across HR, IT, and implementation teams
