Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity on the Aetna Pharmacy COB team for a qualified individual to use and develop Core Competencies while contributing to our team and CVS Health’s success. This position involves research and resolution of pharmacy claims billing issues; collecting and analyzing data to identify process gaps and assisting with recoveries. This role will collaborate with a variety of internal and external areas. Working independently is critical to the success of this role, as well as working collaboratively with the rest of the team. Preferred Qualifications Detail oriented • Excellent time management skills • Experience in data research and analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project); Aetna member source systems and CVS claim adjudication system, i.e., RxClaim and PeopleSafe • Health care industry experience Education High School Diploma or higher

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
