Job Summary
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience. Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
- Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
- Address questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that they receive the support they need to complete their transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Complete after-call information and data entry to the system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
Qualifications
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Must currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
- Reliable high-speed internet required with the ability to be hard-wired.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Essential Skills and Competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
