Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans to educate members on their coverage and options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the member experience
- Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills, including Windows-based applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and productivity
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
